What is Dine Tap
Dine Tap is a QR-native platform that runs the whole guest journey for a restaurant — menu, ordering, billing, loyalty, reservations and reporting — with no app download for guests and no hardware to install.
A guest scans the QR on their table, the branded menu opens instantly, they order and pay from their own phone, and every order lands live on your dashboard and kitchen screen. Behind the counter, the same platform gives you a POS, inventory, staff roles, promotions, banquet bookings and consolidated Zomato/Swiggy orders — replacing a stack of separate tools with one system.

Every table gets its own QR code carrying a secure, non-guessable token — so a guest can only order for the table they're actually seated at, and a saved link can't be reused from home.
- Add / edit / delete tables with a label, seat count and zone (e.g. Rooftop, AC hall).
- Download each QR to print — place it on the table or a standee.
- Reset QR instantly if a printed code is lost or compromised; the old one stops working.
- Deactivate a table to take it offline without deleting its history.

Kitchen Display System (KDS)
The kitchen screen replaces paper tickets. New orders appear the instant they're placed and can auto-print a KOT on an 80mm thermal printer.

FAQ
Do guests need to download an app?No. Everything runs in the phone's browser from the table QR — nothing to install.
Do I need special hardware?No. Dine Tap works on any phone, tablet or computer. An 80mm thermal printer is optional for KOT/bill printing.
Is the billing GST-compliant?Yes. Bills are computed in ₹ using your configured GST rate and can be printed for the customer.
Can I use it for multiple restaurants?Yes — add outlets and switch between them, with a consolidated group dashboard across all.
How do guests pay?Online via UPI/card (Razorpay) from their phone, or at the counter via the POS. Points are awarded either way.
